OI AI Adoption Advisor
What it is
A plugin for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Gemini CLI that advises, in a short conversation, how to bring AI into a work process: how the work would run for you, what it brings, what you need, what to watch out for and a first step you can take within a week. It answers in Slovenian, English, German and Croatian.
The assistant first asks at most two business questions, then gives one recommended way. It states effects only when there is a published source from a comparable setting; otherwise it says what to measure. On request it estimates costs and payback from public sources, checks readiness, outlines a rollout plan and lists the rules for Slovenia, Croatia, Germany and Austria.
Example questions
“We type orders from e-mail into our ERP by hand. Would AI help?” · “We plan production shifts in Excel.” · “How could we start using AI in our company?” · “Which rules apply if we use AI to plan shifts in Germany?”

Server and data
The MCP server https://operative-intelligence.com/ai-adoption (Streamable HTTP) is read-only, needs no sign-in, has no language model and does not store inputs. It receives only the arguments of a tool call: the description of the process, the task, process properties, the country, the language and, for a cost estimate, the numbers you enter.
Tools: adoption_find_patterns, adoption_get_pattern, adoption_get_regulations, adoption_list_process_types, get_readiness_questions, assess_ai_readiness, estimate_ai_costs, plan_ai_rollout.
Limitations
The knowledge base covers 28 adoption patterns and the rules of four countries. The cost estimate needs your inputs and does not price external work. The overview of rules is not legal advice.
