Service
The plugin gives an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini instructions on how to advise, in conversation, on bringing AI into a work process. The server returns data from a curated knowledge base: a recommended workflow, prerequisites, risks and effects with sources, a register of rules for Slovenia, Croatia, Germany and Austria, a readiness self-assessment, a cost estimate from public sources and a rollout plan.
Use is free of charge and requires no registration.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors, or that the data will be complete and up to date at all times. Each item is valid as of the date stated with its source.
Answers are not advice or an offer
The answers are general guidance. They are not legal, tax or other professional advice; the cost estimate is not an offer and the overview of rules is not a legal opinion. Check the conditions in your company before rollout; where personal data or employees are involved, we recommend a legal review.
An assistant may summarise the server's data inaccurately. The data and sources returned by the server prevail.
Plugin licence
The skills and manifests of the plugin are published under the MIT licence at https://github.com/DimitrijeStopar/oi-ai-adoption-plugin. The server and the knowledge base remain the property of the publisher; you may use them within these terms.
Permitted use
The server must not be overloaded, used to circumvent the rate limit, used to download the knowledge base systematically, or used to attack the server or third parties. In case of misuse we may restrict access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage arising from the use of or inability to use the plugin or the server, or from decisions made on the basis of their answers. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Assistant providers
The assistant through which you use the plugin is provided by another company (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google). Its own terms apply to its use.
Privacy

Changes
We may change the service and these terms or discontinue the service. The version published on this page applies. The date of the last change is shown below.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Maribor has jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer resides.
