Privacy policy – OI AI Adoption Advisor
Scope
This policy applies to the OI AI Adoption Advisor plugin (for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Gemini CLI) and to the MCP server at https://operative-intelligence.com/ai-adoption that the plugin uses. The general privacy policy applies to the rest of the website.

What we process
The server receives only the arguments of a tool call sent by your assistant: your description of the process as you wrote it, the chosen task, process properties, the country and the language; for a cost estimate also the numbers you enter (for example hours per week, number of users, prices). It does not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name or your e-mail address. No sign-in is needed.
The inputs are used only to compute the answer and are not stored. Do not include personal data in your description of the process.
The plugin contains only instructions for the assistant (skills) and the server address. It runs no programs on your device and sends data nowhere else.
What is logged
For each request the web server (nginx) records the time, method, path, response status, response size, duration and the name of a known assistant if it recognises one. It does not record IP addresses or browser data. The log is kept for 30 days.
Every 15 minutes the MCP server records totals of requests by tool, language and outcome, without the content of the requests.
To limit the number of requests, the web server and the MCP server keep the IP address only in working memory, the MCP server for at most two minutes. It is not written anywhere.
If a web server error occurs, nginx records the client's IP address in the error log. This log is kept for 14 days.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating, securing and measuring the use of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where
The server runs at DigitalOcean, LLC as processor, in the AMS3 region (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Transfers to the USA are governed as described in the general privacy policy.
Your assistant
The provider of your assistant (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) processes your conversation under its own terms. We have no influence on that.
Your rights
Because the server collects no data by which you could be identified, requests for access or erasure usually cannot be traced to an individual. For questions write to info@operative-intelligence.com.
