Service
The server is an informational service. It returns to an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini the data published on operative-intelligence.com: services, price ranges and answers to frequently asked questions, each record with the source address and the date of its last change.
Use is free of charge and requires no registration.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors, or that the data will be complete and up to date at all times. Each record is valid as of the date stated with it.
Answers are not an offer or advice
The server's answers are not an offer and do not oblige anyone to enter into a contract. They are not legal, tax or other professional advice.
An assistant may summarise the server's data inaccurately. The content of the page the answer links to prevails.
Prices
The prices published at https://operative-intelligence.com/cene/ apply. If data returned by the server or summarised by an assistant differs from that page, the page prevails.
Permitted use
The server is intended for finding information about our services. It must not be overloaded, used to circumvent the rate limit, or used to attack the server or third parties. In case of misuse we may restrict access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage arising from the use of or inability to use the server, or from decisions made on the basis of its answers. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Assistant providers
The assistant through which you use the server is provided by another company (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google). Its own terms apply to its use.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Maribor has jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer resides.
