Contact: [info@operative-intelligence.com](mailto:info@operative-intelligence.com). ## What the server processes The server receives only the arguments of a tool call sent by your assistant: the language, a service identifier or a search question. It does not receive your conversation with the assistant. It does not receive your name or e-mail address unless you ask the assistant to make a booking (next paragraph). No sign-in is needed. If you ask the assistant to book an introductory call (tools list_free_slots and request_booking), the server also receives the data the assistant sends with your explicit consent: name, e-mail address, company, company size, a short description and the language of the e-mail. The server passes them on to the booking service immediately and does not record or store them; further processing is described in the booking section of the general privacy policy (source of the booking: web form or AI assistant). A booking is valid only after you confirm it by e-mail. The search question is used only to find an answer and is not stored. Do not include personal data in it. The server returns only data published on this website. It has no language model and does not pass data on to third parties. ## What is logged For each request the web server (nginx) records the time, method, path, response status, response size, duration and the name of a known assistant if it recognises one. It does not record IP addresses or browser data. The log is kept for 30 days. Every 15 minutes the MCP server records totals of requests by tool, language and outcome (for example “answer found” or “no match”), without the content of the requests. To limit the number of requests, the web server and the MCP server keep the IP address only in working memory, the MCP server for at most two minutes. It is not written anywhere. For a booking through an assistant, the MCP server keeps the IP address and a hashed value of the e-mail address (hashed with a key that exists only in that memory) in working memory for up to 24 hours to limit misuse; both are deleted when the server restarts. If a web server error occurs (for example when the MCP server is not running), nginx records the IP address of the client in the error log. This log is kept for 14 days. Requests rejected because of the rate limit are not recorded in it. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating, securing and measuring the use of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). ## Where The server runs at DigitalOcean, LLC as processor, in the AMS3 region (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Transfers to the USA are governed as described in the general privacy policy. ## Your assistant The provider of your assistant (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) processes your conversation under its own terms. We have no influence on that. ## Your rights Because the server collects no data by which you could be identified, requests for access or erasure usually cannot be traced to an individual.
